SL2 Player of the Week Selected Monday, May 27th , 2024 Swinging a hot stick last week, Mike Hedger picked up the Sub League 2 Player of the Week Award today. The 21-year-old first baseman for Wichita lashed 16 hits in 24 at-bats as he put together a .667 average with 3 home runs. Hedger also drove in 4 runs, scored 7 times and compiled a .680 OBP. Looking at his present stats, Hedger has compiled a .393 batting average in 41 games with a .476 on-base percentage, while hitting 8 home runs and driving in 34 runs. |
