Cardiello Parks 3 for Ottawa

Bill Cardiello was sending souvenirs to the sun gods all game long in the 19-8 Ottawa Lynx triumph at Paints Park.
The 19-year-old put on a show for fans, launching not one, not two, but three home runs into the stands and powering the Lynx past the Aurora Paints.
"One homer's good, two's great, three's out of sight," Cardiello told BNN reporters after the game. "I can't wait until next game. I really feel good at the plate."
The right fielder went 3-for-5, rung up 6 RBIs and scored 4 runs on his record-setting day.
Bill Cardiello hit a solo-shot off Ed Senter in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, walked in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 8th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Jim Unknown in the 8th.
So far this season, Cardiello has gotten 80 hits in 241 at-bats for a .332 batting average with 12 home runs. His stats include 48 RBIs and 52 runs scored. He has played in 59 games.
