Ruhl Raps St. Joseph for 5 Hits Thursday, June 4th , 2026 Randy Ruhl had an answer for everything the St. Joseph Mighty Mites threw at him at Mighty Mites Park. The Medford third baseman went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Desperados a win, 7-3. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Ruhl said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Randy Ruhl singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 6th, singled in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th.
