SL2 Top Batter Trophy Won by Carballo Monday, June 1st , 2026 For a rookie just breaking in, Leo Carballo certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the SL2 Batter of the Month award for May. The 20-year-old third baseman for the Mt. Vernon Cyclones hit .382 with 7 home runs, 25 RBIs and 27 runs scored. This season, Carballo is batting .383 with 10 home runs. |
