Cubs Micah Weidner Down and Out for Year Thursday, June 9th , 2022 The season is finished for Micah Weidner of the Franklin Cubs. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Cubs reliever suffered a damaged elbow ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Whitby Bats. Team doctors said it would take at least 14 months to heal. |
