Railey Rips Jacksonville for 5 Hits Wednesday, May 6th , 2026 Tyler Railey was a tough out and went 5-for-5 in a fine hitting display, but the Jacksonville Nationals managed to overcome his performance and top the Crystal Lake Killers, 9-6. "I got my pitches and I connected," Railey said. "They all found the right holes on the diamond. Some days you hit shots and they're right at somebody, and some days they fall in. And some days you lose, no matter how well you play." On this occasion, Railey played well enough to get his name in the record books. Tyler Railey singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Eric Grace in the 9th. So far this season, Railey has gotten 53 hits in 111 at-bats for a .477 batting average with 11 home runs. His stats include 32 RBIs and 27 runs scored. He has played in 27 games.
