SC's Top Hitter Announced Wednesday, June 1st , 2022 At only 22 years of age, Colby Freese could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes, as May was one to remember for the left fielder and he has captured the Southern Conference Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .486 with 12 home runs, 32 RBIs and 26 runs scored. In his season totals Freese has 18 home runs and a .375 batting average. |
