Garnica Wins SC Player of the Week Trophy Monday, May 23rd , 2022 The baseball must have looked as big as a balloon to Gabe Garnica of Picture Rocks last week. The left fielder had quite a 7-game stretch and today he was named the Southern Conference Player of the Week. Garnica delivered 12 hits in 26 at-bats to hit .462 with 8 home runs and 14 RBIs. In 41 games Garnica is hitting .367 this season with 47 hits, 23 home runs, 41 RBIs, 5 walks, .396 OBP and has scored 35 runs. |
