Michael Belts 3 HRs Saturday, April 16th , 2022 The fans at Field of the Colonels witnessed Josh Michael write his name into the league record book with three home runs, but the Plymouth Rockers still dropped the decision to the Tiverton Colonels, 12-9. "I've always loved hitting in Field of the Colonels," Michael said, speaking with reporters after the game. "You can see the ball so well. I'm glad I got the homers, but three hits and a win would have been nicer." For the day, he collected 3 hits in 4 at-bats, scored 3 runs and had 7 RBIs. Josh Michael hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 4th, struck out in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 8th.
