Mounties Closer Schmidt Injured Wednesday, April 6th , 2022 A blow for Matt Schmidt today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 5-6 months with bone chips in his elbow. Schmidt suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the Moncton Mounties are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Schmidt's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. |
