Wayne's Moon Winner Monday, October 21st , 2024 A baseball manager's success usually depends on the talent of his club, but in the case of Du-sung Moon, he seems to have taken the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes to a higher level and gotten his just due. He was named this season's Manager of the Year in the Southern Conference for leading the team to a very rewarding season. "Everyone on the team put in a lot of hard work this season," he told reporters. "It's always nice when it's acknowledged in some way." Moon led Ft. Wayne to a first place finish in the Southern Conference East Division. The Earthquakes ended up with a 111-29 record. |
