Ft. Wayne Takes Division Series Monday, September 16th , 2024 The Ft. Wayne Earthquakes have eliminated the Chuluota Imperials and are off to the League Championship Series. Ft. Wayne won the final game by a 7-2 score and thus clinched the series 4-1. "We think this is our year, but we're taking it one game at a time," said Beau Richardson, who was named series MVP. For the series, Richardson hit .423 with a .464 on-base percentage. He drove in 5 RBI and scored 8 runs. The Ft. Wayne Earthquakes don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Haviland Thrashers - Crystal Lake Killers series. Crystal Lake leads the series 3 games to 2.
