Miklavcic Raps Long Island for 5 Hits Thursday, September 4th , 2025 The Moncton Mounties swept past the Long Island Torpedoes, 37-9, at Mapleton Yards, paced by left fielder Rich Miklavcic. The 19-year-old Miklavcic got 5 hits in 6 at-bats, helping to down the Torpedoes. Rich Miklavcic flied out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Bruno Guarani in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, was hit by a pitch in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Danny Guerrero in the 7th, hit a three-run double in the 7th and walked in the 8th.
