Shafer Crowned Batter of the Month in August Monday, September 1st , 2025 When Danny Shafer stepped up to the plate in August he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Northern Conference Batter of the Month award. The young Moncton left fielder posted a .464 batting average with 16 home runs, 50 RBIs and scored 45 runs. Shafer also worked pitchers for 30 walks to post a .591 on-base percentage. This season, Shafer is batting .384 with 157 hits, 49 home runs, 153 RBIs, .492 OBP and has scored 135 runs. |
