Southern Conference East Division Winner is Ft. Wayne Earthquakes Sunday, August 24th , 2025 For the 11th time in franchise history, the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes are champions of the Southern Conference East Division. It was all triumphant shouts and high-fives in the Ft. Wayne clubhouse when the clinch became official, with much optimism about the club's chances in the playoffs. "From the start of spring training this is where you envision yourself being," said third baseman Troy Nelson. "Playing for a chance to win the World Series is what it's all about and we think we're going to get it done." The club currently has a 103-22 and will be looking to capture the 10th World Series championship in franchise history. |
