Sanchez Crushes 3 HR Against Terra Linda Wednesday, August 6th , 2025 It was a good day for the Whitby Bats and an exceptional one for Tony Sanchez. The 21-year-old shortstop sent three bombs out of the park to help the Bats beat the Terra Linda Chargers, 12-2, at Eláguila Stadia. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Sanchez said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day, he scored 4 times, drove in 5 runs and smacked 4 hits in 5 at-bats.
