Riggle Captures NC Batter of Month Award Friday, September 1st , 2023 John Riggle is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Lincoln left fielder joined that select company when the Northern Conference announced the results of August's voting. Riggle totaled 37 hits, 21 walks, 12 home runs, 18 RBIs and 27 runs scored last month to put together a .398 batting average and .509 on-base percentage. For the season, Riggle has produced 49 hits in 169 at-bats for a .290 average with 14 home runs and gotten on base at a .397 clip. |
