NC Player of the Week, Lunsford of Lincoln Monday, August 28th , 2023 The top batter in the Northern Conference last week was Tim Lunsford, who batted .393 and towered above everybody with a 7-game hitting barrage. During the week Lunsford banged out a .393 batting average (11-for-28), 6 home runs, 11 RBI and scored 8 runs. Today the Lincoln second baseman received the NC Player of the Week Award. This year, Lunsford is batting .271 with 38 home runs. |
