McFarland Hit Streak Soars to 41 Games

Jacksonville second baseman Bobby McFarland keeps on racking up hits every time he plays.
His hitting streak now stands at 41 games after collecting 4 hits at Imperials Ballpark. The Nationals earned the 10-6 victory over the Chuluota Imperials.
"I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," McFarland said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Bobby McFarland hit a solo-shot off Israel Rosario in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Israel Rosario in the 4th, singled in the 6th, flied out in the 7th, flied out in the 10th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Josh Paul in the 11th.
McFarland is currently batting .511 with 20 home runs and 67 RBIs.
