Mitchell Hittin' on All Cylinders Saturday, August 24th , 2024 Moncton Mounties shortstop Chris Mitchell had one of the best days of his career, when he hit for the cycle and paved the way for the 11-2 Mounties win over the Plymouth Rockers at Madison Grounds. "Everything was just clicking today," he said. Mitchell shelled the Rockers for 4 hits in 5 at-bats, collected 4 runs batted in and scored 2 runs. Chris Mitchell doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, walked in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
