Hit Streak for McFarland Reaches 25 Sunday, September 6th , 2026 Bobby McFarland of the Jacksonville Nationals tagged 1 hit in today's 3-2 loss to the Haviland Thrashers at Nationals Park to run his hitting streak to 25 straight games. "I realize it's unlikely to have a 25-game streak and not have a couple losses mixed in," he said later. "But it still takes the fun out of it." Bobby McFarland singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and flied out in the 7th. McFarland is currently batting .495 with 30 home runs and 102 RBIs. |
