Fleming Hits in 38 Consecutive Games Thursday, September 3rd , 2026 Juneau Sled Dogs second baseman Greg Fleming was beaming after his team finished beating the San Antonio Griffins, 15-7, at Sled Dogs Ballpark. Fleming contributed 3 hits to the victory and extended his hitting streak to 38 games. "Life is good when the hits keep coming like they have in the last few weeks," he said at his postgame press conference. "I hope I can keep it up a little while longer." Greg Fleming walked in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, walked in the 5th and hit an RBI triple in the 6th. So far on the season, Fleming is hitting .439 with 32 home runs, 136 RBIs and 144 runs scored. He has 209 hits and played in 122 games. |
