Uriostegui Runs Hit String to 25 Straight Games Wednesday, September 2nd , 2026 Earthquakes right fielder Guadalupe Uriostegui has extended his hitting streak to 25 games. He went 2-for-3 in today's game against the San Bernardino Flight. Ft. Wayne won the ballgame, 8-5. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Guadalupe Uriostegui walked in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Cesar Cisneros in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, hit a three-run double in the 6th and walked in the 8th. Uriostegui on the season is hitting .369 with 15 home runs. His stats include 71 RBIs and 82 runs scored. |
