Fleming Boosts Hit Streak to 30 Games Tuesday, August 25th , 2026 The number just keeps getting higher. Juneau second baseman Greg Fleming has now extended his hitting string to 30 games. He did it today with 2 hits in 5 at-bats as the Juneau won the game, 19-4, over the Haviland Thrashers at Ballpark of Haviland. "Who knows how long it will go on?" Haviland manager said. "He's certainly tough to pitch to right now." Greg Fleming singled in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and flied out in the 8th. This year, Fleming is hitting .438 with 30 home runs. |
