Hernandez Boosts Hit Streak to 25 Games Saturday, August 22nd , 2026 Danny Hernandez ran his hitting streak to 25 straight games at Mapleton Yards, when he collected 1 hit in 4 at-bats. The feat came, however, as the Terra Linda Chargers dropped the game, 6-1, to the Moncton Mounties. "Hey, the streak is great -- I hope it never ends," Hernandez said later. "But I'm not happy to lose the game." Danny Hernandez struck out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, doubled in the 6th and struck out in the 9th.
