Franklin Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 19th , 2026 There will certainly be no championship parade for the Franklin Cubs this season. They were already on the outside looking in for the playoff chase, but the club was officially eliminated from contention today. Franklin last appeared in the postseason in 2019. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 20 times in their 26-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cubs have made the playoffs 3 times. |
