Campbell Slams 5 Hits for Sunrise Manor
Thursday, July 3rd , 2025
It was a sensational day at the plate for Christopher Campbell as he led the charge to a nifty 19-4 win over the Flight. The Sunrise Manor center fielder was pure misery for the San Bernardino pitching staff. He left them shell-shocked with 5 hits in 5 at-bats in an explosive display of hitting.
"Campbell put the ball into play and he really hit it hard," said Nick Neumann, manager for the Flight, after the game. "When you do that, you've got a good chance to do some damage. And that's what happened. I feel like we threw some good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball."
Christopher Campbell singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
Campbell's current batting average stands at .385 and he has chalked up 2 home runs and 11 RBIs.
