Thrashers Come up Short of Playoffs Tuesday, September 8th , 2020 It "never gets easier" to have a playoff push come to an end, according to starting pitcher Nick Turpen of the Haviland Thrashers. The Haviland player said his club was banking on being able to push themselves into the postseason, but they are now mathematically eliminated. This is the club's 5th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2015. In total, the Thrashers have missed the playoffs 16 times in their 20-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Thrashers have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
