Sunchasers Blank Buckeye Local, Boyd Winner Monday, June 29th , 2026 The Buckeye Local Panthers manager was philosophical in the clubhouse following a shutout loss to the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers. The Panthers were overpowered by Sunrise Manor starter Sam Boyd, who hurled his club to victory, 11-0. "It was just one of those games -- shake it off and do better next time," Seung-soo Chun said. Over 9 innings, Boyd blanked Buckeye Local on 5 hits with no walks and 4 strikeouts. "I kept them off balance. I could tell a lot of them were late on fastballs because they were fouling them off.
