Ft. Wayne Earthquakes Guaranteed Top Spot in Southern Conference East Division Monday, August 22nd , 2022 Ft. Wayne Earthquakes's manager Du-sung Moon ran some numbers after all the games were played today, and came to a quick realization - it's done. Ft. Wayne has clinched the top spot in the division for the 8th time, and now has to be considered one of the favorites in the annual challenge for the World Series. A reporter from the Ft. Wayne Today caught up with some fans who were celebrating outside of Earthquakes Stadium when they heard the news. "I've always believed in this team. I've been a fan of the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes since the beginning," said season ticket holder John Masters. "I'm looking forward to celebrating our 7th championship soon!" |
