The hot-hitting 18-year-old second baseman put up a .700 average and .700 on-base percentage, piling up 7 hits in 10 at-bats, 4 home runs, 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored. That kind of hitting got him the NC Player of the Week honors. So far this season, Friedrich has 7 home runs and a .260 batting average. |
