Southern Conference Names Stivers Best Batter Monday, August 22nd , 2022 It was a sweet day for Chris Stivers of the Haviland Thrashers, who found out he has been named the Southern Conference Player of the Week. The Thrashers third baseman put up a solid .429 average and contributed 6 home runs and 9 RBIs to claim the honors. This year, Stivers has 59 home runs and a .297 batting average. |
