Hit Streak for Rodriguez Reaches 31 Tuesday, June 9th , 2026 Earthquakes shortstop Chad Rodriguez has extended his hitting streak to 31 games. He went 2-for-5 in today's game against the Picture Rocks Raptors. Ft. Wayne won the ballgame, 10-2. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Chad Rodriguez grounded out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Frank Cabrera in the 8th.
