Super Month Nets Black #1 Batter Prize in SC Monday, August 1st , 2022 Rob Black put together a good July to earn the Southern Conference Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Chuluota officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Imperials left fielder posted a .405 batting average with 14 home runs, 29 RBIs and 23 runs scored. So far on the season, Black is hitting .324 with 21 home runs, 44 RBIs and 42 runs scored. He has 47 hits and played in 83 games. |
