SC Star of the Week Picked Monday, June 1st , 2026 It was an extraordinary week for John Breshears of the Juneau Sled Dogs. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .765, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Southern Conference. Last week Breshears went 13-for-17, racked up 3 home runs and 5 RBIs and scored 12 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Juneau left fielder. So far this year, Breshears is hitting .459 with 18 home runs. |
