Simeone on Fire: Burns Tulsa with 3 HR Tuesday, August 27th , 2019 Dusty Simeone added his name in the record books after an explosive home run spree against the Tulsa Captains. But despite joining the select list of sluggers to hit three home runs in a game, it didn't guarantee a victory. The Jacksonville Nationals fell to the Captains, 12-10. In his big day at Nationals Park, the Jacksonville catcher went 3-for-4 with 5 RBIs and scored 3 times. "It was just one of those days," he told BNN sportswriters in the postgame interview. "I don't know how to explain it. I'm just putting a good swing on the ball. "You would think three homers would win most games. It was good to hit 'em, but a win would have really made my day." Dusty Simeone grounded out in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 7th, walked in the 9th and hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 10th.
