Stanczak Pounds 3 HR Sunday, August 29th , 2021 It was a good day for the Chuluota Imperials and an exceptional one for Ryan Stanczak. The 21-year-old right fielder sent three bombs out of the park to help the Imperials beat the Buckeye Local Panthers, 14-3, at Imperials Ballpark. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Stanczak said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day, he scored 3 times, drove in 6 runs and smacked 3 hits in 3 at-bats. Ryan Stanczak hit a two-run home run off Brandon Fromel in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Brandon Fromel in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Juan Salazar in the 3rd and walked in the 5th. So far this season, Stanczak is batting .264 with 45 home runs, 114 RBIs and 86 runs scored. He has 111 hits in 421 at-bats, 62 walks and a .360 OBP. Stanczak has played in 122 games. |
