McLean Stretches Hit String to 25 Monday, June 9th , 2025 Brock McLean's hitting streak is becoming the talk of Crystal Lake. The 19-year-old shortstop extended it once again, this time bringing it to 25 games with a 4-for-4 performance against the Chuluota Imperials. The Killers won the game, 15-5. "People are starting to bring it up to me when I'm around town," he said. "It's getting stressful." Brock McLean grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th and doubled in the 7th. In this current campaign McLean is hitting at a .346 clip with 3 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
