Thompson's Strong Week Earns SC Trophy Monday, July 29th , 2019 The Player of the Week has been chosen by the Southern Conference. The award went to Jordan Thompson, right fielder of the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers. In a sensational hitting performance, he wrecked league pitchers with a .625 average to win the honor. Thompson went 10-for-16 for the week, totaled 6 home runs and 12 RBIs and scored 10 times. This season Thompson has hit 11 home runs and posted a .282 batting average. |
