Poole Hit Streak Soars to 25 Games Tuesday, May 20th , 2025 San Bernardino lost to the Haviland Thrashers, 12-10, at Ballpark of San Bernardino, but Ronald Poole kept his consecutive-game hitting streak alive with 2 hits. The Flight second baseman has now delivered hits in 25 straight games. "Ronald has a nice streak going, but the scoreboard tells the important story today," San Bernardino manager Nick Neumann told reporters after the game. "We lost, no matter how many hits anyone had." Ronald Poole singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and struck out in the 8th. For the season, Poole is hitting at a .426 clip with 14 home runs, 26 RBIs and has scored 39 runs. He has 69 hits, 9 walks and a .466 on-base percentage. |
