Hit Parade: Fard Pops 5 Hits Saturday, June 3rd , 2023 Nate Fard really sizzled at the plate in his team's 19-3 win over the Tulsa Captains. The San Bernardino right fielder blistered Tulsa for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Fard was too tough to get out today," the Captains skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Nate Fard hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, flied out in the 7th, hit a two-run double in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
