Alvarez Takes NC #1 Pitcher Trophy Monday, July 1st , 2019 The June Pitcher of the Month has been chosen and the Northern Conference award went to Long Island hurler, Danny Alvarez. During the month, Alvarez was impressive with a 2.82 ERA and 3 wins and no losses. In 38.1 innings he struck out 23 and gave up 33 hits and 10 walks. So far this season, Alvarez has logged a 6-3 record with a 3.87 ERA. He has started 9 games, hurled 83.2 innings and registered 55 strikeouts and 26 walks. |
