NC's #1 Player, Sligar of Terra Linda Monday, June 14th , 2021 The top batter in the Northern Conference last week was Mike Sligar, who batted .552 and towered above everybody with a 6-game hitting barrage. During the week Sligar banged out a .552 batting average (16-for-29), 6 home runs, 7 runs batted in and scored 9 runs. Today the Terra Linda catcher received the NC Player of the Week Award. This year, Sligar is batting .312 with 17 home runs. He has scored 36 runs and driven in 37. |
