NC Names Top Player of the Week Monday, May 17th , 2021 Today the Northern Conference announced the Player of the Week Award. This week's honoree is Saint Pierre and Miquelon second baseman Justin Phelps. When he steps into the batter's box, it's usually bad news for pitchers.
