Lorenzo's Season Could be Over Tuesday, May 11th , 2021 The season is ending on a bad note for Omar Lorenzo, starting pitcher for the Whitby Bats. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Lorenzo was hurt against the Terra Linda Chargers while throwing a pitch. He suffered a stretched elbow ligament and will be out for at least 9 months. This season, Lorenzo has a 4-0 record with a 2.72 ERA in 7 starts. |
