Gonzalez Earns E-AA Top Pitcher Trophy Thursday, July 1st , 2021 Felipe Gonzalez really strutted his stuff in June with 4 wins and no losses and walked off with the Pitcher of the Month Award in the Eastern AA. The Mesa starter was good news for his club, but bad news for the opposition. In 33 innings of work, Gonzalez limited opposing batters to 25 base hits and a .212 batting average. He totaled 42 strikeouts, issued 12 walks and had a 1.91 ERA. Currently Gonzalez has a record of 9-2 with 102 strikeouts and 24 walks in 86.2 innings and a 1.97 ERA. |
