Wolverines Use Late Score to Top Imperials, 4-3
The Riverside Wolverines defeated the Chuluota Imperials, 4-3, in 10 innings in Southern Conference action at Wolverines Ballpark. Riverside pitcher Jason Thompson had a standout performance. Tabari Jamal al Din picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 7-7. Adam Norlin suffered the loss. Chuluota has now lost 11 consecutive games.

The Wolverines got a clutch hit from second baseman Oscar Castaneda. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Wolverines.

"We certainly don't want to get used to losing," said losing manager .
