Win Streak at 6 for Wolverines
The Riverside Wolverines easily defeated the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers, 12-3, at Wolverines Ballpark, with center fielder Mark Stella a main contributor to the win. He went 1 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 4 for Riverside. Riverside reliever Dustin Mitchell picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Will Olejnik was saddled with the loss. The Wolverines, at 87-43, have now won 6 straight.

In the bottom of the seventh, the Wolverines grabbed the lead when Stella hit his 28th home run of the season. The grand slam home run off Will Olejnik made it 5-3, Riverside.

"I like our moxie," said Wolverines manager Chris Rauch.
