Kyle Sandor was outstanding against Buckeye Local. The left-hander had a changeup that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Thrashers 4-3 win. Haviland reliever Tony Wooten picked up the win, upping his record to 2-1. Jim Unknown took the loss. With the win, the Thrashers improved to 67-60.

Dylan Waters was the walk-off hero for Haviland. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Thrashers pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Sandor said.
