Riverside Wolverines starter Brian Millet hurled his team past the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes, 3-2. The winner was Millet. He threw 8.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Adam Hazen. Josh Howard closed the door for Riverside, picking up his 1st save of the year.

Cherles Bezerra helped out the Riverside cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the third baseman drove in one run.

After the game, Riverside manager Matt Augustus applauded the team's effort. "They busted their humps out there," he said.

This win makes it 5 in a row for Riverside.
